Request account deletion
Use this page to request permanent deletion of your Astarium account and its associated personal data.
How to request deletion
- Choose Continue to account deletion and log in if asked.
- Confirm your identity with your password.
- Choose Yes, delete my account. Your request cannot be undone.
What is deleted
Once deletion is complete, your account, profile, preferences, Network memberships, sign-in history, access tokens, and personal media are removed. Personal data connected only to your account is also deleted.
What may be retained
Limited records may be kept where required for security, fraud prevention, disputes, accounting, or other legal obligations. Backups are removed through their normal expiry cycle. Shared activity may remain only where needed to preserve conversations or game records, with your personal identity removed where practical.
Cannot sign in? Contact support@astarium.net. We will verify that the account belongs to you before helping with deletion.
