Yes. Available plans can be billed monthly or yearly. The plan page shows the current price for each option before you continue.
Yes. A Network Administrator can explore available plans from the customer portal and choose the next fit for your community.
When Stripe billing is active, payment details and invoices are managed through the secure billing portal.
Subscription payments are handled by Stripe. Astarium does not store your full card number.
The secure billing portal lets authorised Network Administrators update payment details and review billing information.

Yes. Astarium keeps each Network within its own access boundary so Subscribers, content, settings, and administration stay connected to the right organisation.
Network Administrators only receive the access granted for the Networks they manage.
Your organisation controls who receives Network Administrator access. Administrators can manage the areas available to their role, while Subscribers experience the Network as members of your community.
